Final Reflection

As a musician I have noticeably grown as a sight-reader. I felt that as I read more and more unfamiliar music, I became better at looking for troubling rhythms and subdividing them before the initial attempt. In terms of how I wanted to improve, I would say that I made most of the improvements that I wanted to make. I became a better sight-reader and leader as I was one of the older members in my section. However, I would have like to still developed on the snare drum. In terms of what I would change if I could repeat concert band, I would practice the instruments that I struggled with in the beginning of the year and work towards feeling good about my abilities at the end of the year.
